For all our valued monthly and bi-monthly diaper service customers, an email is sent five days prior to each diaper shipment, allowing you ample time to inform us when your baby is ready for the next size catergory. This will allow us to make the proper adjustments before your order leaves our warehouse. Customers are required to pay shipping cost associated with "wrong size" orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, Diapies R Us.com believes that our customers' satisfaction comes first. That is why we will refund the full amount of the unopened product less shipping charges. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the party making the return.You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
